No, once you have finalised your application, you will always have an active account with us and can sign up to work as many events as you’d like, even if it is years later.

However, if you do try to log in and find that your account has been closed it could be that we require a visa update. In this instance please complete the query form and our support team will assist you.

If you have not worked with us for in the last 12 months, and your account review is successful, you will be required to reapply by completing Step 3 again.
This helps us ensure all workers meet our current onboarding standards.
The process includes:
- A short video explaining why you’d like to work with us
- A brief English and Maths assessment
- The resubmission of your right to work documents
Once you've completed these steps, your application will be reviewed by our onboarding team. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days to be reviewed, and having worked with us before does not guarantee approval.
If your application is successful, your account will be re-instated on a last chance basis.
In this instance, please note that all previous notes on your account will remain and any future issues with your account such as lateness, late cancellations, non-attendance of assignment or any site related issues will result in the disabling of your account and further work will not be offered.
