You can change the address and postcode on your profile, however, you will not be able to change the region you see shifts in. So please pay close attention to Step 4:
1. Log in to your hap profile, scroll down past the QR code until you get to the ‘Edit My Profile' option.
2. Under 'General Information' you can add your new home address.
3. Once updated you will see the changes saved on your profile.
4. 'Submit a Query' form below to notify us that your address has changed, and a member of our team will update your region so that you can actually see the shifts in your area.

Please note that...
- Your hap profile can only be set to 1 region at a time, so please ensure that your main residence is the one listed so you can apply for festivals in the area you live in the most. We can make a note of your other address.
- If you have a PARiM account, we can add up to 2 regions to the shifts you can view.
