If you already have a PARiM account
If you have a PARiM account but cannot remember your login details, please request these to be resent by using the 'Submit a Query' function below.
Our team will then resend your login via a separate email directly from PARiM - Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Alternatively, reset your password.
- You can change your password when you log into your account from a computer. From there, click on your name on top right corner and go to My Profile.
- Next, if you click on the Login Details, it will open up a window where you can insert your new password.
- Alternatively, you can also use the Forgot Password option on the login page which will send a password recovery link to your email. This lets you create a new password for yourself as well.

Currently, we are not granting PARiM access to areas where we do not require staff. You will receive your logins when there is an available shift for new applicants in your area.
