Level allows you to access some of your pay before payday, giving you greater flexibility when managing your finances. Here’s everything you need to know about how to make withdrawals and the rules around it!
💰Early Pay Access:
Every Friday we upload the hours worked during the previous week to our payroll software. This takes up to 24 hours to load into Level, which usually means any wages uploaded will become available to withdraw from Level the following day (Saturday). We will also send an email on Friday confirming the hours we have for you. Once this email has been received please get in touch as soon as possible with any queries.
Once your hours have been uploaded, you can choose to withdraw part of your wages, but there are certain conditions and guidelines that you need to keep in mind.
- You can withdraw up to 50% of your pay.
- The minimum you can withdraw is £30.
- For every withdrawal, there is a fee of £1.95, this will be automatically deducted on your normal payday along with your regular salary.
- Maximum withdrawal - £750
- You have until the Tuesday before payday to make a withdrawal request. To view your upcoming payday please see this linked article.
- Once your withdrawal is approved, you can have instant access to the money, giving you more control over your finances.
It is important to note that these withdrawals are completely voluntary, you can choose whether or not to use the withdrawal feature.
If you prefer not to use Level, your payment will be processed as usual using the details you have provided, you’ll be paid on the scheduled pay date.
🔽How to Download the App:
To download the Level app, search for “Level FT” in the App or Play Store.
You do not need a company password to log in.
Please follow the link in the email directly from Level (not from hap), which will allow you to log in. If you do not have this email you should be able to use the "I forgot my password" link in the app and enter your email address, then reset it.
Please be aware that if this is your first time working for us you will not have access to your Level account until the Friday following the assignment you worked.
💳Bank Details:
Please ensure your bank details are correct on your HAP profile before withdrawing any funds from Level. You may find this article useful.
Please make sure you have received an email from our payroll team confirming that your bank details have been updated before withdrawing funds from Level. It may take up to 24 hours to update from our payroll software to Level.
