All staff are entitled to holiday pay
UK Staff - Our holiday year runs from 1st April - 31st March
Republic of Ireland Staff - Our holiday runs from 1st January - 31st December
Staff must have accrued enough holiday pay to be able to take reasonable time off. We class this as 4 hours, or ½ a day, paid at National Living Wage (UK) / Minimum Wage (Republic of Ireland).
How to Claim Holiday Pay
To make a claim for holiday pay there is a link on the Terms and Conditions on your hap profile. If you have accrued enough then we will pay this to you in the next available payroll. If you have not accrued enough, then you will need to reapply once you have or if you don’t work again you can make a claim at the end of the leave year for the amount due. You must take all of your holiday during the leave year in which it is accrued. It may not be carried forward to the following leave year.
