If you have not been paid, first make sure your bank details on your hap account are correct and that you have checked your bank statement (your pay slip is emailed to you and may be in your Junk Folder- do check!).
Please also check that you are due to be paid that day.
Payments are only made on Fridays and you will receive your payslip via email that morning, or the day before. Your payslip will detail exactly which days you have been paid for.
