To help you get your query resolved as soon as possible, please make sure you have provided as much information as as you can. You will be asked to provide details such as: the event name, location, date, your start/finish time, your work area i.e. bar number, the managers you worked with, how you signed in etc.
If you have already submitted a query within the last 5 working days, please do not submit another. Please know that the team are working on resolving your query and submitting further requests may create a delay.
