- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the 'My Account' page
- Scroll down and click 'Edit My Profile'.
- Once you have updated your personal information please click 'Update Profile'.
(Do not select 'Download Current CV')
Region and address
You can change the address and postcode on your profile yourself, however, you will not be able to change the region you see shifts in.
Once you have changed your address and postcode as above, 'Submit a Query' form below to notify us that your address has changed, and a member of our team will update your region so you can actually see the shifts in your area.

Please 'Submit a Request' form below from your new email address:
- Include a clear picture of your photographic identification
- Confirm the original email address
Name
Please complete this form where you will be asked to provide either a deed poll or right to work document with your new name for verification 🔗
If you've also changed your Account Holder name with your bank please additionally complete this separate form (which goes to our Payroll team), directly from the same email address registered on your hap account, advising:
- Cardholder Name
- Sort Code
- Account Number
Medical details and disabilities
You must inform us of any existing or new medical conditions or disabilities, along with any reasonable adjustments you may require, by submitting a query form via the Staff Support Centre.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, please note that due to the nature of the work, this may not always be possible.
Additionally, if you are pregnant, you are required to notify us so that a medical questionnaire and risk assessment can be conducted.
