Signing up

Please click this link, and then press 'Sign Up'. Once this is submitted, we will review your request within 2 working days. If successful, we will send you login information.

Please note you will not be granted access if you have not completed up to Step 4 of your application.

Logging in

Once you have been enrolled onto our training program you will receive 2 emails.

Email 1: User Account Created - Click on the link provided to complete your profile and to change your password. This email will contain a link to verify your email address.

Email 2: Course Enrolment(s) - This email lists the course(s) you have been given access to. If you have enrolled in more than one course you will receive more than one email (Charges may apply).

Completing a course

1. In the 'My Subscriptions' tab at the top right hand corner of your screen, you will find all of the courses you have been enrolled onto.
2. Click on the thumbnail of the course you would like to complete (Charges may apply).
3. 'Play' - the course should automatically begin.
4. Once you have completed the course your certificate will be available for you to download. Please send your certificates to us using the 'Submit a Request' link below.
