As a chef you will prepare the required dishes ordered from the menu whilst adhering to strict recipes provided by our client. Dishes must be presentable and delivered within a timely manner.
You will also need to have a working knowledge of different types of menus, kitchen layouts and hierarchies, and ingredients.
You will also be responsible for adhering to strict allergy standards by familiarising yourself with which allergens are present in which food items and recorded on the Food Service Record.
🏆 For some venues you must have your Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate to be eligible.
