Failure to comply with the policies and procedures that you signed for in our terms and conditions, along with your Temporary Worker Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Policy Handbook, may result in an account review. Subject to the nature of the misconduct and your account activity, your account may be disabled and further work not offered.
Misconduct
There are various types of misconduct:
- Minor Misconduct
- Serious Misconduct
- Gross Misconduct
Account Activity
Refers to (but is not limited to):
- Late cancellations
- Non-attendance of assignment
- Negative feedback
- Site-related issues
- Communication
Actions
Due to the nature of the business and ad hoc work offered it may not be possible to follow a full disciplinary process, however, the steps below will fall in line with a disciplinary procedure:
No Action - The misconduct does not warrant action to be taken
Account Notification – Any further account issues will result in the monitoring of your account
Account Monitoring - Any further account issues will result in the disabling of your account
Client or Venue Ban - Further work will be offered but you will not be able to work shifts at a certain client's venue/s
Disabling of your Account - Your account will be disabled, and further work will not be offered
In all cases, you will be notified via email to the contact details on your account.
The purpose of this is to set out the standards of conduct and performance and to ensure fairness and consistency when dealing with allegations of misconduct or poor performance.
Whilst this policy outlines the steps which are taken when reviewing a temporary worker's account, on occasions we may be unable to adhere to this if we are overruled by our client.
Appeal Procedure
If any action is taken against you, you have the right to appeal.
