You may be required, from time to time, to submit to a search of your person and/or search of your belongings.
This search may be carried out by the Client or their authorised agent.
The primary purpose of these searches is to:
- Prevent unauthorised items from being brought onto the premises.
- Deter theft or the unauthorised removal of company/client property.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Searches may be conducted randomly or based on reasonable suspicion.
Please be aware that:
- You may be subject to a search at any time while on-site.
- Any items in your possession may be inspected.
- Tents and vehicles may be searched if there is reasonable belief that contraband or unauthorized items are present.
Searches will be carried out in compliance with Human Rights Act 1998 under Article 8 of the Act and will not infringe your rights in the workplace.
We expect full cooperation with any reasonable search request. Failure to comply may result in your account being disabled and further work not being offered.
