The uniform requirements may vary from event to event. It is important that you are aware of the uniform required for the assignment you are working.
The uniform for the assignment will be available prior to booking the shift.
hap Flexi and/or the client reserve the right to send you home, resulting in non-payment, if you fail to arrive with the correct uniform. In this event, the company will not be responsible for any monies or time lost.
- For Hospitality shifts, it will be detailed in the PARiM notes.
- For Festivals & Events, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. It will also be on the event vacancy page on our website.
Hospitality
You will be required to wear a Smart Black/White uniform:
- Formal black trousers or a formal black skirt with black tights
- Black or white, long-sleeved, collared shirt or blouse (occasionally you may be required to wear a black tie)
- Formal, black, leather, closed toe, sturdy shoes
⛔ No visible tattoos or piercings
⛔ No unnatural hair colour
⛔ No nail polish or fake nails at most hospitality shift venues
Festivals & Events
You will be required to wear a Casual Black uniform:
- Comfortable dark/black shoes, trainers or boots
- Black jeans, trousers, shorts, skirts or leggings
- Plain black t shirt with no branding (at some events a t-shirt may be supplied by the client, but you will not know until you get there - so please always be prepared and come wearing a black top of your own)
- Plain black hoodie or jumper in case it gets cold!
⛔ Heels or open-toed shoes such as sliders, sandals, or crocs. Ensure your shoes are sturdy enough to get you through the day and cover your feet fully.
