There are different processes for cancelling an assignment, depending on if it was booked via the PARiM app or a festival/event through the Booking Form.
Please ensure you read this article carefully, as cancellations made incorrectly cannot be processed and you will therefore be recorded as a no show.
⌛ Where possible, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required as this allows us sufficient time to find a suitable replacement.
Festival & Events Booking Form (including Drumsheds)
1. Head to your specific booking link.
2. Click Amend booking on the assignment you want to cancel.
3. Select the day/s you need to cancel.
4. Enter your cancellation reason.
5. Click Process my cancellation.
