1. EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST
Take a look at the shifts currently available on our vacancies page and EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST for festivals you would like to work at.
2. CONFIRM YOUR AVAILABILITY
If you are in the same region as the event, 6 weeks before the shifts you will receive an email on how to CONFIRM YOUR AVAILABILITY.
If you are from a different region you will still have the opportunity, but we need to ask you some questions about your travel plans first - please find more info here 🔗
🚨 Please ensure your address and region are kept up-to-date so that you can apply for assignments in your area.
3. INVITED TO BOOK
If availability is confirmed, you will be considered to be INVITED TO BOOK your shifts around 5-10 days before the event through our online booking platform.
Staff will be invited to book their shifts based on:

Skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
- If they are a returning staff member to the venue or have previously worked for hap.
Please note: Not all applicants will be successful at this stage.
4. SELECT YOUR SHIFTS
Once you receive your invitation, follow the link and confirm your shifts and/or transport selection. Then BOOK yourself in!

5. CONFIRMED BY THE OFFICE
After you book your shifts, your selection will be reviewed by our head office team. Once we CONFIRM your booking you will receive your confirmation email.
🚨 You are not confirmed for the event until you receive this email.
6. CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND REMINDER TEXT
- You will receive a reminder text with the location 24 hours before your shift starts.
