Confirmation Emails

After booking onto one of our assignments we will send you a confirmation email which includes the important information you need for attending your assignment:

  • Uniform
  • Shift start and end time
  • Venue

During busy periods, you may receive your confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to the assignment start date. This is to ensure that you have accurate and up to date information. 

If you have not received this email please check your junk/spam mail.

Text Reminders

When you have booked onto your shift and received your confirmation email, the final communication you will get from us is a reminder text. You will normally receive this text the evening before or the day of the assignment depending on your shift time.

What does a reminder text include?

  • Where you will be working
  • The date you will be working
  • Your shift time - your shift time is when you are expected to be on your workstation, therefore the meeting time is earlier than the shift time as we will need to accredit you, sign you in, and escort you to your station. If you do not arrive within plenty of time for your shift, you risk being late and may be turned away.
  • A reminder of anything we recommend you should bring with you.
  • A detailed description of the meeting point

🚨 Please ensure you go to this point to sign-in before heading to your work station, otherwise you may risk delayed payment.

Please familiarise yourself with What3Words - our meeting points will often come in this format, alongside written directions.

How it works:

🌍 Every 3 metre square of the world has been allocated a unique combination of 3 words. Simply input the 3 words and directions will be generated.

  1. You will receive a set of 3 words (e.g., ///apple.banana.orange).
  2. Open the What3Words website or use the What3Words app.
  3. Enter the three words into the search bar.
  4. The system will show you the exact location on a map.
