For most shifts you will be required to sign in with our on-site representative before heading to your work station.

You will receive details of where to meet them in a text message the evening before your shift.

If you are working a shift booked through PARiM, please ensure that you also clock in and out with the app:
The PARiM app allows you to manage all the actions that might be needed during a shift. With the app you are able to:Â
- Start your shift by clocking in & sending your location.
- Start and end a break if your shift has been scheduled with a break.
- End your shift by clocking out.
The Location Access needs to be turned ON to send the GPS location of the phone during the clocking action. The system automatically asks permission during an installation.
It is important to clock-in and out of your shifts as we use this to track your hours. Not clocking in or out of your shift correctly may result in inaccurate shift hours which may affect your pay.

Start and end your shift
To start your shift, please click 'Send Location' and then 'Clock in'. When you have finished your shift, please click on 'Clock Out'. Â
Start and end your break
To start your break, please click 'Start Break'. When you have finished your break please click 'End Break'. Break start and end will only be visible if your shift has been created with a break.Â
PARiM states your shift includes a 30 minute break if you are working over 6 hours. You are legally entitled to 20 minutes, any additional depends on how long the venue allows. Please note that all breaks are unpaid.
