On each payment you receive for hap Solutions you may be deducted National Insurance and Income Tax (depending on if you have been paid over the threshold for each), you will find these deductions on your payslip. Your deductions are not related to hap Solutions and therefore we are unable to make any recommendation or changes to them, please contact HMRC.
In all matters regarding your tax you can also check yourself by logging onto the Government Gateway. You can also request for change of tax code here: https://www.gov.uk/check-income-tax-current-year
If you believe your tax code is incorrect on your payslip and you wish to change it, you will need to contact HMRC directly, please make sure to have your payslip handy as they will ask you for information from it, you can reach them on 0300 200 3300.
