Personal belongings policies differ from assignment to assignment and are dictated by our client and the venue.
Personal belongings will normally be stored away for the duration of your shift.
🚨 If you need to keep medication, or anything else on your person, please inform your Line Manager.
Each venue and event will also have it's own policies around cash and having money on your person whilst working. Read more about this here.
We recommend not bringing high-value items as there will not be a secure place to leave your belongings.
Both the company and client will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that you bring onto the client’s premises.
In addition to this they will not accept liability for any lost, stolen cash/credit/debit cards or ID that you bring onto the client premises.
Camping at Festivals & Events
If you are camping at the event, you will have to walk from the sign-in desk to the staff camp-site. Therefore please ensure you can carry everything you have brought!

Day assignments and Fixed Venue assignments
We recommend you bring minimal belongings to a day shift, as it will speed up your accreditation/signing in process and we can’t always guarantee there will be space to store large bags.
Lost property
Articles of lost property should be handed in to your Line Manager.
If you lose something on an assignment, please contact the venue directly.
If you lose something on the coach, please contact the coach company directly.
