🚨 Failure to follow the correct sign-in procedure may mean you risk delayed payments.
For most shifts you will be required to sign in with our on-site representative before heading to your work station.
Your shift time is when you are expected to be on your workstation, therefore you must arrive with plenty of time before your shift as we will need to accredit you, sign you in, and escort you to your station. If you do not arrive within plenty of time for your shift, you risk being late and may be turned away.
You will receive details of where to meet them in a text message the evening before your shift.
🚨 Remember you will always need ID to sign in at an event to confirm your identity.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the identification you uploaded in your application is brought with you for ID verification on your first assignment.
Depending on if you are working a PARiM assignment or a Festival/Event, there will be different steps to take when signing in and out...
PARiM
As well as signing in with our on-site representative, please ensure that you clock in and out with the app:
- Start your shift by clocking in & sending your location.
- Start and end a break if your shift has been scheduled with a break.
- End your shift by clocking out.
The Location Access needs to be turned ON to send the GPS location of the phone during the clocking action. The system automatically asks permission during an installation.
It is important to clock-in and out of your shifts as we use this to track your hours. Not clocking in or out of your shift correctly may result in inaccurate shift hours which may affect your pay.
Start and end your shift
To start your shift, please click 'Send Location' and then 'Clock in'. When you have finished your shift, please click on 'Clock Out'.Â
Start and end your break
To start your break, please click 'Start Break'. When you have finished your break please click 'End Break'. Break start and end will only be visible if your shift has been created with a break.Â
PARiM states your shift includes a 30 minute break if you are working over 6 hours. You are legally entitled to 20 minutes, any additional depends on how long the venue allows. Please note that all breaks are unpaid.
Festivals & Events
Once you arrive at the meeting point you will be checked in and given a staff wristband.
At this point you will also be given your first shift details, or a point and time to meet at later to receive this.
When you are at your workstation you may also be signed in and out at the start and end of your shift, as well as for breaks.
